Feel the Vibration.
Sound bath + Group Acupuncture Tune-up
A sound bath is a form of meditation in which you experience sound waves generated by bells, chimes, gongs, singing bowls and other instruments. A cocoon of instrumental sound begins to relax and recalibrate the body. It tunes the nervous system, just as you would tune a piano. The harmonic vibrations of sound therapy ripple through the body which causes a shift in brainwave activity. It shifts from a state of normal consciousness, known as beta waves to a relaxed conscious state, or alpha waves and even a meditative state called theta waves.
Pairing the sound bath with a group acupuncture tune-up deepens this balancing experience for the body. The group tune-up is a great way to see if acupuncture is right for you. Those seeking preventative care use it as a way to keep their health up. Those looking to address specific health concerns get to see what acupuncture feels like, in a group setting, at a reduced rate. From there, they can decide if more individualized, extensive treatment, through a private appointment is right for them.
If you’ve ever wanted to try acupuncture or sound therapy, this is a great way to start.
