Thursday evening unwind.
In this workshop, we’ll get the body warmed and the mind cooled to set you up for a peaceful night’s rest.
The first hour’s yoga sequence is designed to get the body moving and the endorphins running. We’ll get the heart rate up, break a little sweat and warm up the body. This class is for all levels.
The second hour’s acupuncture session will cool the body and mind down for a restful night’s sleep. It will include a yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It guides our attention inward, allowing our body to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where it finds its natural state of balance.
What to know and bring:
Please wear yoga clothes that we can roll up to your knees and elbows for your acupuncture treatment. Please also bring your yoga mats and water bottles to stay well hydrated.

Please park in the lot behind our building for free or in the public lots across from the building after 6:30pm for free. Enter through the front entrance of the building where you see a purple awning that says Grape Seed.
