Peace. Bliss. Healing.

Join me for a candlelight guided visualization and Mala meditation through the cycles of life and 5 elements in nature. We’ll also use crystal singing bowls during this hour to deepen our practice.

Our mind is a very powerful tool. When we train our brain, we can change our body and our perceived reality.

We will use our active imaginations to visualize the release of specific trapped emotions within our tissues. We’ll gain an understanding of what emotions link with each organ system and what cycle of life that organ system coincides with. We’ll do a mala mantra meditation for each system to strengthen and balance its emotional as well as physical components.

If you have a mala that you would like to use, please bring it with you for this session. We sell a variety of gemstone Malas for those of you who would like to purchase one here. A mala is not required for this practice, but it is useful and recommended. It helps us to account for the amount of times that we repeat a mantra before shifting to the next system with minimal effort. It also links the physical movement of our body to our brain waves and thought patterns. Malas are sacred tools that we can wear and keep close to us while they are not in use. Each mala is unique.

For those of you who have attended workshops in the past, this meditation will be different in that I will be leading it and that it will take up the full hour of time.

Malas:

What are they?

A mala is a strand of beads (traditionally 108, or a fraction thereof) used for keeping count during meditation.

A mala can be used for meditation only, worn as a necklace, or wrapped around your wrist several times.

With use, the mala becomes infused with your personal energy alongside the energy of the stones in the mala. The more you meditate and use your mala, the stronger the bond will become between you and your beads.

It is recommended that you wear a new mala for 40 days to form a connection to the meditation tool. Wearing the mala as a necklace or as a bracelet throughout the day helps you manifest the power of the stones.

How to choose a mala:

Discover the meanings and intentions of different stones to help you find the mala truest to your unique, authentic self.

Often times, people instantly connect with one mala and begin to second guess themselves as they continue to shop around. By listening to your intuition and understanding the stone’s meaning, you can find the mala that is most needed in your present life.

Purchase a Mala online for pick-up in store or at the workshop:

Below are the Malas that we have in stock. You may purchase one of these from our online store and we can hold it for you until the day of the workshop.

If you prefer, you can pick it up earlier. We are available for pick-up on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
