Feel the Vibration.

Sound bath + Group Acupuncture

A sound bath is a form of meditation in which you experience sound waves generated by bells, chimes, gongs, singing bowls and other instruments.

A cocoon of sound begins to relax and recalibrate the body. It tunes the nervous system, just as you would tune a piano. The harmonic vibrations of sound therapy ripple through the body which causes a shift in brainwave activity. It shifts from a state of normal consciousness, known as beta waves to a relaxed conscious state, or alpha waves and even a meditative state called theta waves. This month’s Acu-Soundbath event will feature the Gong for it’s sound therapy.

Pairing the soundbath with group acupuncture deepens this balancing and meditative experience for the body.

If you’ve ever wanted to try acupuncture or sound therapy, this is a great way to start.

Acu-Soundbath:

Needles are placed on the hands, head and upper part of the chest. Please wear a button down shirt, v-neck or u-neck shirt so that we can access a point on your chest more easily. You will be lying back on zero gravity chairs for your treatment.
